DXLens subscriptions are billed monthly. Orders are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, which handles payments, billing, and refunds on our behalf.
You can request a full refund within 14 days of a purchase or of a subscription renewal. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Once a refund is issued, your access to DXLens ends.
We offer a 7-day free trial without a card so you can evaluate DXLens before paying. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
